For most of us mortals, the task of organization is much of a challenge. There are times when there is just too much going on to get anything in order. You have to learn how to de-clutter your life in order to have better and less stressful days. The process of de-cluttering your life has to do with not just the physical aspects but also with the emotional aspects. In fact, some experts would say that being emotionally ready to let go of a lot of your “unnecessary baggage” is the first step to de-cluttering.
Some would put this step to simply involve accepting what is and what is not, what could and what could not. This basically means grounding yourself to reality so that you do not expect to have, do, or accomplish more than what is possible. Ironically, this attitude often gives you a better disposition and drive that ultimately leads to better performance and productivity. With less to think about and everything else fitting in their own compartments, you are left with more time and energy in your hands to tackle your tasks.
