We love the way celebrities dress and style themselves so it’s safe to say we’d love the way they’d design and furnish their homes.

Unfortunately, as we are unlikely to be best buddies with the likes of Angelina Jolie and Victoria Beckham, walking into their homes to catch a glimpse of their inspiring designs is not an option.

The good news is that many companies offer great celeb-inspired designs at affordable prices. Betta Living’s range of luxury kitchens are the perfect example of this and can be matched with other A-List options for the rest of the house.

Luxury kitchen range

The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in our homes. If you are in the process of remodelling your kitchen and want to renovate it to an extremely high standard then why not take a leaf out of the rich and famous’ kitchen design book?

There are plenty of celebrity-inspired home open tours available which showcase rooms which have been decorated in famous celebrity styles; such as Marilyn Monroe and Gretta Garbo. Looking at elements you like in these designs and then sourcing them for your own home is a great way to achieve your dream interior.

Country home design

When designing Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s California pad, award-winning interior designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, created a delectable country home feel alongside the Moorish influences he is widely renowned for. Thriving on creativity and diversity, the legendary designer incorporated pieces of Sharon Osbourne’s American collection into the kitchen, including animal weather vanes and a vintage cash register.

Mixing the traditional and vintage with a touch of glamour, the Osbourne’s kitchen includes a cluster of red chairs around a marble topped island – an element which can be reflect in even the humblest of kitchens.

An organic overhaul

If you want to take the concept of a traditional farmhouse kitchen a step further, then why not be inspired by actor Hank Azaria’s property in Bel Air? Having been designed and decorated by interior designer Trip Haenisch, whose designs have been described as unique, Azaria’s stunning home combines a French oak floor with an island using reclaimed wood and topped with Carrara marble.

Industrial pot racks and light fixtures, stainless steel Viking range and hood, sub-zero fridges are then complemented by dark grey Basaltina stone counters and backsplashes for an added injection of glamour and refinement.

Asian and Middle East Influences

If traditional farmhouse kitchens don’t tickle your fancy and you want to opt for a more modern and jazzy design, then why not call upon the help of legendary singer Cher? Once again this celebrity home in Los Angeles was created by interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard who uniquely combined intricate details with bold accents to enliven the overall look of the house.

Cher’s kitchen is particularly influenced by Asia with Chinese culture with lanterns adding to the exotic look – something you could certainly incorporate in your own home.
