How to Save Money on Food…Without Starving

Prices of basic commodities continue to rise. As much as we’d like to live a frugal life, we most definitely don’t want to scrimp on food, because the last thing we want is to see our little one starve. So, how do we make both ends meet, without depriving junior of that occasional juicy quarter pounder?

• When doing the groceries, bring a list, and strictly adhere to it, to avoid any unnecessary purchases.
• Buying chicken by its parts is more expensive than just buying a whole chicken and cutting it yourself.
• Buy meat from the wet market, where they’re usually cheaper.

These tips don’t seem like much, but they do help in the long run.
