I See Me: Gifts That Make Children Feel Well-Loved and Special

If you’ve been following this blog for some time now, you’d be well aware of how much I love personalized products for my young son; more so, personalized books that include Sean in the story.  Naturally, I was thrilled to be given a chance to review a personalized book from I See Me.

The Who Loves Me?book is personalized with a child’s name and names of family members, friends, and relatives.  Young children will definitely be delighted to see their name on each page of the book.  Since most of our relatives live halfway across the globe and seldom see Sean, I find that the Who Loves Me book is great for introducing the members of the family to Sean.  It’s also great for letting Sean know how much he is loved by all of us.

The colourful illustrations by Maria Carluccio make the book visually appealing to very young children.  Aside from the delightful illustrations that fill each page, my little Sean is also delighted when I read the lyrical rhymes in singsong.

Who loves Sean?
Daddy and Mommy love Sean!
How much?
So much!
More than the mountains, more than the streams,
more than a little boy’s happiest dreams.

You should hear my son giggle every time his name is mentioned while I read the book aloud. It’s really music to my ears!  The book also has kinesthetic appeal as it encourages a child to stretch his arms and reach toward the sky every time he hears “How much?”  With pages spread out, the book’s 8.5 x 8.5” size is just right for a young child’s little hands.  Those with multiple children can avail of the versions for siblings or twins.

Who Loves Me? can also be purchased as a gift set which comes with the personalized Who Loves Me? Book and a matching personalized Lovei blanket. The ultra-soft blanket is made from 100% polyester and is satin trim embroidered with the child’s name.  It would be better though if they offered more choices than the two colors they have now, pink for girls and blue for boys.

Having been given the thumbs-up by Mom’s Choice, Creative Child Magazine and Homeschool.com, Who Loves Me? definitely deserves a spot in your child’s bookshelf.

Aside from Who Loves Me?, other book titles and other personalized gift items such as placemats are also available at I See Me.  If you would like your own child to have his own beautifully illustrated personalized book or would like to check first what others have to say about books from I See Me, visit their website and other social network sites:
