Happy Home and Family really enjoys sharing giveaways with my Readers, and this one here is a favorite cleaner brand of mine.  I hope one of my very own wins.  Good Luck to you all!

Do you consider yourself a cleanliness fanatic? In today’s world, women have a lot on their plates. We have to juggle being a mom, professional, wife/girlfriend, daughter, and sometimes even more roles. With everything going on in our lives, we all consider cleaning our homes to be an important job, one which sometimes we have to do during our little bit of down time. While cleaning is important, do you consider yourself a cleaning fanatic? Surprisingly, many Americans consider cleaning to be quite important, and even a central part of their lives!

Recently, CLR had a survey conducted by TNS to learn about American’s cleaning habits and what they considered important about cleaning. Some of what they learned was surprising to me, such as:

  • One-third of Americans have avoided visiting a friend or family member’s home because it is too dirty
  • More than six in ten Americans are triggered to clean their homes when friends, family or significant others visit
  • More than half of Americans consider a dirty bathroom to be one of their biggest pet peeves when visiting other people’s homes
  • One in five Americans only clean their bathrooms once a month
