NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Coffee Beanery’s “The Hobbit Movie Giveaway” Facebook Sweepstakes (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 3rd, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on March 24, 2015 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into “Daily Entry Periods” with each Daily Entry Period commencing at 12:00:01 A.M. EST and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. EST each calendar day during the Promotion Period, including weekends, commencing with the first day of the Promotion Period. Receipt of Entries will not be confirmed. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant (as defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of “Sponsor” (as defined below) which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Officers, directors, members and employees and their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of Coffee Beanery, Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Alcon Entertainment LLC and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. All entries made from outside the areas of eligibility specified above shall not be eligible and will be disqualified. By entering this Promotion, entrants unconditionally agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with, Facebook or Twitter. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Twitter.
The information entrants provide to Sponsor will only be used to select a winner for this promotion and to receive future promotional emails from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out from receiving those emails from Sponsor at any time.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Promotion consists of a total of twenty-one prizes (as defined more fully below) to be given away during the Promotion Period by means of one (1) independent, random drawing conducted by Sponsor for the Grand Prize Drawing who will select one (1) winner and twenty (20) 1st Place Prizes to be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or QR code usage necessary to enter or win. A purchase or QR code usage will not increase your chances of winning. There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person/household per day regardless of method of entry. All duplicate entries on any one day will be disqualified and could result in disqualification from participating in the Sweepstakes.
