1. CONTEST PERIOD: This contest begins 12:00 pm, ET on date chosen by foufou BRANDS and closes 11:59pm, ET on date chosen by foufou BRANDS, the CONTEST CLOSING DATE.

2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entries limited to once per contest entry date per person, regardless of the Facebook account or email address used per contest period.
To enter the contest you must have internet access, have a valid Facebook profile and have a valid email address.
click Submit an Entry and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the entry is complete with the required information, click “Submit an Entry” and you will automatically be entered into the Contest for a chance to win

3. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are legal age of majority in the state, province or territory where they reside as of the Contest Closing Date. Employees of FFD Designs Inc. dba foufouBRANDS, (“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the household members and/or the immediate family of any of the above are not eligible to enter. For purposes of these contest Rules, “immediate family” means husband, wife spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.

4. POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION: Sponsors decisions are final and binding in all respects.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the Winner shall be the person who is the authorized account holder of the Facebook account submitted at time of entry, i.e. the person who is assigned a Facebook account by Facebook, Inc. Contest judges will notify potential winners on the Facebook wall on the foufouBRANDS fan page.
Limit of one prize per person, per contest entry date regardless of the Facebook account or email address used. Entrants are eligible to enter on subsequent Contest Dates. The selected Potential Winner will be notified within one week of the relevant contest entry date.

5. ODDS: The chances of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
