“Snuggle Island Collection Bear Sweepstakes” Official Rules

INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The “Snuggle Island Collection Bear Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”) is open to
those who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States
and the District of Columbia at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of The Sun Products
Corporation (“Sun Products”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their
immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether
related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is
subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent
and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept
the decisions of Sun Products as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject
to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on August 25, 2015 at 12:00pm EST and ending September 20,
2015 at 11:59pm EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participants can enter once per day during the
Sweepstakes period. A day is understood to mean a calendar day between 12:00am EST and 11:59pm
EST.
4. How to Enter:
Visit SnuggleIsland.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and enter using the online form in accordance with the
on-screen instructions during the Sweepstakes Period. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes
requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere
to the Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sun Products.
You may enter only once per day and you must complete the information requested. You will be asked
to complete a ‘choose your own adventure’ video. You can choose to enter without completing the
video by clicking “Enter the Sweepstakes” at any time. You may not enter more times than indicated by
using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If
you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules your submission may
be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sun Products. Standard message and data rates
may apply for mobile participation.
5. Twenty-Seven (27) Prizes (one winner randomly selected per day)
Each winner will receive one 15” Snuggle Bear. Limit of one win per person. Approximate Retail Value
of each prize: $19.99 USD. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $539.73 USD. Actual/appraised value
may differ at time of prize award.
The specific of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution
permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related
expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole
responsibility of the winner. No substitution or prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or
request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for
Sun Products to use winner’s name, city/state of residence, likeness and entry for purposes of Snuggle’s
advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds:
The odds of wining depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification:
Each winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random daily drawing composed of the entries
submitted the day before. Entries from one day will NOT be carried over into the next day’s drawing.
Winners will be notified within five (5) days following the winner selection via email to the email address
used to enter the Sweepstakes. Sun Products shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive
notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect
or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is
ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to
timely reply as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
