Eligibility: The “Goosebumps Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska) and Canada (excludes Quebec residents) except employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC (“Sponsor”) or any organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and/or their respective parent subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies. Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. Participants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and are the authorized user of a working email address.

How to Enter: People wanting to participate are encouraged to LIKE the Spirit Halloween Facebook page. Between August 24, 2015 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and September 6, 2015 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”), go online to www.facebook.com/spirithalloween and follow the instructions to submit an online entry, including entering all required information. All entries must be received on or before the end of the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person, per day will be accepted. ANY MAIL-IN ENTRIES SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, WILL BE VOID AND AUTOMATICALLY DESTROYED WITHOUT OPENING. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries are void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer viruses, worms or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, mechanical, electronic or human error or otherwise. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Drawing: Fourteen (14) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received each day during the Promotion Period by a random drawing. Winners for the Daily Prize each day are selected the next business day. At the end of the Sweepstakes, one person will be chosen to win the Grand Prize by pooling all the entries together and selecting one (1) winner. Limit one (1) prize during the Promotion Period. Winners notified by email.
