NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT
WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
1. Sweepstakes Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September
10, 2015, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 8, 2015 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is
the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility: The Wonderful Pistachios Crack the End Zone Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to
legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least
thirteen (13) years of age as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Wonderful Pistachios
& Almonds LLC (“Sponsor”) and any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives,
consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and
marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families
(spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same
household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s
full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and
binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
3. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds LLC, 11444 West Olympic
Boulevard, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
4. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your
chances of winning. During the Entry Period, visit getcrackin.com/CrackTheEndZone (“Website”). On the
Website, you may choose one of the following options to enter:
1. Select “Kick Field Goal” to submit an entry. After selecting Kick Field Goal you will be
prompted to enter your email address and agree to the Official Rules. Once you have
submitted all requested information and confirmation, you will be instantly notified if you
are a potential winner of a Field Goal Prize. Potential instant winners of a Field Goal Prize
will be provided an online prize form to complete and submit.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE
DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF A FIELD GOAL
PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ON-SCREEN MESSAGE INDICATES THAT HE/SHE HAS WON, UNLESS AND
UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED.
SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF
VERIFICATION. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON
IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. ONLY THE
ADVERTISED NUMBER OF PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE
AWARDED.

2. Select “Touchdown” to submit an entry. After selecting Touchdown you will be prompted to
enter your email address and agree to the Official Rules. You will receive one (1) entry into
the current Weekly Entry Period (as detailed below) for a chance to win a Touchdown Prize.
All entry components submitted during the submission process shall herein be referred to as the
“Entry”.
ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY ON THE WEBSITE. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more
than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations
and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any
automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal
Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile
device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply.
Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are
not responsible for late, incomplete or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network,
server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone
transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer
equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human,
mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Consequently, Sponsor and its agencies are not liable in the event
your entry is not captured due to the aforementioned reasons. Proof of submission will not be deemed
to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the
authorized account holder of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or
participant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an
email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g.
business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted email address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive
email address account will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
BONUS ENTRIES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA SHARES. In addition to the one (1) entry per person per day, an
entrant may receive up to two (2) additional entries per day into the current Weekly Entry Period for a
chance to win a Touchdown Prize – one (1) additional entry per day for sharing on the entrant’s
Facebook account and one (1) additional entry per day for sharing on the entrant’s Twitter account – by
using the share function on the Website. Signing up for Facebook and Twitter accounts are free of
charge. In no event is this Sweepstakes sponsored or associated with Facebook or Twitter.
For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
5. Winner Determination and Verification: Prizes will be awarded randomly.
